No — you do not need to be licensed to apply. If you don't have your life and health license yet, we will personally walk you through exactly how to get it. The process is straightforward and we support you every step of the way. If you are already licensed, even better — you can hit the ground running.

You earn commission on every policy you write, paid directly by the carrier. On top of that, if you build your own team of agents under you, you earn override income on their production as well. There is no cap on what you can earn — your income is entirely based on your effort and output.

Risk to Riches provides leads to our agents. You also have the freedom to generate your own leads on top of that. We give you the pipeline — you focus on closing. As you grow and build your own team, your earning potential multiplies through override income.
